Our goal

The goal is to provide gap filling services to Black high school students in suburban communities, and Black women in college. Both communities often feel UNSEEN; and even though they are able to SURVIVE their educational experiences, they often don't have the support needed to THRIVE.

For decades educational researchers have worked to eradicate the discrepancies in academic achievement and behavioral outcomes between white students and BIPOC students across the country. The efforts made have been focused on fixing the kids instead of fixing the systems.
