Our mission is simple. Provide programs, resources, and community for young Black folx, from Black folx, for the whole diaspora of Black folx.  Project Sankofa is a 501c3 organization focused on enriching the lives of African American students from high school through early professional careers. 

who we are

Founded by educators, Project Sankofa was created out of work already being done in the community in their professional roles. In an effort to mind the gap of services within the institutions they were employed and volunteered, the organization was formed as a nonprofit to garner support and buy-in from multiple resources to provide this support at little to no cost to specific student populations.
